Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Our office is open Monday through Saturday from 10AM until 5PM.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is always quick and professional. We guarantee free domestic shipping and lowest international shipping costs.  Handling time on all orders is up to 3 days, and shipped through USPS.

Return Policy

All returns are accepted within 14 business days of purchase, and will be given a FULL REFUND. After 14 business days, the buyer is responsible for a $20 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater, and all other pertinent return costs. Payment may be made via Paypal, credit card, or check.


Refunds or Exchanges

Full refunds will be granted once Item is received by our handling department.  After 14 days of purchase please refer to our return policy.  All returns it is recommended to contact us at 313-821-8921 so we can address the problem appropriately.
