This is a vibrantly colored die-cut and embossed antique valentine card showing a gray bear, dressed in pastel shirt and pantaloons, pressing his fuzzy paw to his heart. The bear also wears a yellow bow tie and carries a friendly expression. The heart-shaped red card reads, “I can’t ‘bear’ to be without you, my valentine.”

This highly collectible valentine is printed on heavy card stock and is in very good condition, with only slight creasing on the left side. The back reads, “To Mary J. M., From Alice S.,” in pencil.
