You Always Hurt the One You Love

Exquisite framed vintage sheet music, cover indicates words and music are by Allan Roberts and Doris Fisher. Beneath the title is indicated “Sung by the Mills Brothers on Decca Record no. 18599.” Title is written in white and framed in a brown curving bubble. Background on the piece is a beautiful vintage green/teal, which is very warm against the brown accents of the design. The focal point on the piece is a woman with 1940s-style curled hair and a ribbon-trimmed dress putting her head in her hands and looking away forlornly. It appears that she is seated in a comfortable chair, lamenting her lost love. The bottom of the piece is finished with a strip of brown, and at the right is indicated “Sun Music Co., Inc., 50 West 57^th Street New York City.”

The truly enchanting thing about this sheet music is the sticker prominently displayed on the cover in red white and blue, reading “War-Warped, Neisner’s 5c to $1.00 Stores”. The piece has been mounted onto cream mat board with archival plastic corners, so that it can easily be removed and enjoyed. All the pages of the sheet music are present and fully legible, arranged for piano and voice. This is truly a delightful vintage collector’s piece that would compliment the décor of any home or office, and bring a touch of musical elegance to the setting.

The custom frame is a deep brown oak that matches the tones of the browns in the sheet music perfectly. There are some knots and irregularities visible in the wood, but it is finished smoothly with a dull varnish. This frame compliments the music and gives it an additional dimension of class. You are looking at a true collectible, which would be a perfect gift or addition to the collection of any music appreciator.

International orders:	Calculated via location. We will do our best to provide the lowest costs. First Class Mail International does not allow insurance on packages delivered to certain countries. We pride ourselves on fast communication with our buyers. Please contact us if there are any issues concerning your order as quickly as possible. If shipment is undeliverable for any reason, or buyer refuses shipment, buyer will be responsible for shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any costs incurred in returning. Customs delays: We cannot control the speed of international shipping. If your country is experiencing any postal strikes, customs delays, et cetera, we are unable to increase the shipping time. Buyer has the option of paying for expedited shipping. Please be patient, we will communicate with you until your package arrives.
Lost or Damaged Items:	We insure all of our items. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us and your local post office immediately to file a claim.

PAYMENT & RETURNS

No Payment Received:	eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case. We work with our buyers to prevent disputes and settle cases civilly. Please contact us. Payment is expected within 7 business days of purchase.
Returns:	All returns are accepted within 7 business days of purchase. After 7 business days, the buyer is responsible for a $20 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater, and all other pertinent return costs.
Return Shipping:	Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and asked to provide delivery confirmation and tracking for item. Refund will be issued upon safe receipt of item by our brick and mortar store.
